At Case Criminal, we offer digital downloadable products (such as PDF mystery cases) that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been completed.

Since our detective cases are delivered as digital files, once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded, the purchase is considered final. Unlike physical products, digital content cannot be returned, so we cannot process refund requests after delivery.
